Gratitude. It is the theme for the day. But what does that look like when you're a small business?
To us, gratitude is felt on a daily basis. When we have new emails come through, we're thankful for new connections. When we complete a project, we're grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside another organization and empower them to tell their story. When we collaborate with other individuals, we are grateful for their expertise and knowledge on a particular assignment.
This year has been an adventure of knowns and unknowns. We knew starting a business would be challenging, but along with it has come opportunities to reach out to others, build relationships and learning to be flexible. Sharing our passion for storytelling has been one of the highlights of our year. Getting to dream with organizations and businesses and help them envision what the future looks like is exciting...and a privilege.
To say we are thankful is an understatement. We are moved by the people we interact with on a daily basis. We are inspired by the difference makers we meet. We are better at our craft because of the stories we get to tell.
In response to the outpouring of support and business you have sent our way, we aim to be a point of connection for others. In this line of work, we are able to interact with organizations, other communicators and businesses that are great at what they do. One of our favorite things is to connect these great individuals and entities with each other. So if you know of a great organization or storyteller- reach out. We love to find new inspiration by learning about those doing good in the world around us.
Happy Thanksgiving to your family from ours. Know that you are part of our story and we wouldn't be here without you.
